Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is composed of nine volunteer members who administer the general management of the credit union’s affairs, funds and records. This year’s Board of Directors members are Randall Shirk, Chair; Venest Henry-Evans, First Vice Chair; Gayle Adkins, Second Vice Chair; Bill Younger, Treasurer, Belinda Crawford, Secretary; Michele Wilson, Assistant Secretary; Louie Ferrer, Assistant Treasurer; Gary Sheets, Assistant Treasurer; Linda Wu, Assistant Treasurer.

Supervisory Committee
WPCCU’s Supervisory committee is composed of five volunteer members who monitor the credit union’s checks and balances system for accuracy of financial resources and the practice of sound internal controls. The committee is also responsible for working with the credit union’s management team to protect the assets of the membership. This year’s Supervisory Committee members are: Martha Lopez, Chair; Lani Floresca, Vice Chair; Shirl Powell, Secretary; Hugo Torres, Committee Member; Patrick Umeh, Committee Member.
