The Truth about Your Credit: What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You

Your credit score affects many aspects of your life – whether or not you can get a mortgage loan or credit card, the rate you receive, whether or not a landlord will rent to you, and even whether or not you get certain jobs. WPCCU is offering a free seminar called The Truth about Your Credit: What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You. Topics covered include: understanding and improving your credit score, credit repair, money management and debt reduction. This free, 60-minute seminar will be offered on the following dates:

• Date: Thursday, January 22
  Location: WPCCU Sunset branch (1053 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles)
  Time: 6 p.m.-7 p.m. (registration begins at 5:30 p.m.)
  

• Date: Thursday, February 19
  Location: WPCCU Northridge/Granada Hills branch (16840 Devonshire St., Granada Hills)
  Time: 6 p.m.-7 p.m. (registration begins at 5:30 p.m.)
  

• Date: Thursday, March 19
  Location: WPCCU Westchester branch (8800 S. Sepulveda Blvd., Los Angeles)
